Monocouche through colour render system supplied and applied to an exposed coastal bungalow renovation in Tresaith, Ceredigion.

We were brought on as the render contractor for a project led by another building contractor and architectural designer Bell Designs.

The client had a clear vision and was aware of the render products and colours available. They selected the Eco Rend ‘Chalk’ colour for the finish.

Given the challenging location and mixed substrate, the render required a highly specific and robust specification to ensure durability and performance.
