Monocouche render
Monocouche render is a decorative, weatherproof coating applied to building exteriors, typically in a single strong coat. It is breathable, allowing water vapor to escape, and is durable, resistant to weather and algae. The render is low-maintenance, and it doesn’t require painting as the colour is in the render. It is applied by machine, often with a fiberglass mesh for added stability. Monocouche render is popular choice in the UK, as it offers a high quality finish that protects properties in all our seasons and weather conditions. Monocouche render can be applied to new builds and older properties, typically as the finishing coat to an External Wall Insulation (EWI) system, which we also offer as a service.
